IBM Model 002 Port-A-Punch, circa 1958

Notes: Okay, so this isn't really a keypunch, but it was used to punch cards. The IBM Port-A-Punch was introduced in 1958, and allowed users to punch special pre-scored cards in the field with a metal-tipped stylus. Each pre-scored card could have up to 40 columns, instead of the usual 80. The cards could then be sent to the home office, for input to a card reader.
