Wright Line Model 2600 Punch, circa mid-1970's | |
Notes: | The Model 2629-29 printing punch is manually operated, and has a code wheel to select which character to print/punch on a standard 80-column card. There are three controls: Punch, Tab and Space. Tabs are set on the column indicator wheel. Inside the blue cover, a cylinder with 12 cams determines which holes should be punched for each character. A print wheel presses against a short inked ribbon loop to print the correct character at the top of the card. |
