In this final chapter of the Apes movies, there are a few SAGE relics visible, but the pictures aren't very clear. There are two power panels on the wall behind the Governor, the narrow panels from the SMC behind MacDonald and the right hand portion of the SMC. We also see part of the DMC from the Time Tunnel with the monitor and Eico signal generator in the Archives, and the rear section of one of the frames with its power panel in the control room.
