Mystery Panel

I found this in a surplus shop, and it was just too cool to pass up. Judging by the labels, it may be part of some sort of airborne bombing computer. On the upper part of the front side, it's marked Unit IA3. On the back side, it's marked 12115 ASSY 7513-3026-1. The front side is covered with decimal thumbwheel switches, numeric LED readouts and a large rotary switch. Judging by the flat pack ICs used on the LED displays, I'd guess it to be mid to late '70s technology, and the manufacturing dates on some of the chips are indeed from 1978 and 1979. The labels on the front side are:

LED Displays

FLIGHT COURSE Switches

SCAN Switches

IMPACT ERROR Switches

METEORLOGICAL Switches

METER SELECT Rotary Switch
